This is an HP issue. Use only their drivers for both INTEL and AMD graphics. If it still does not work, contact HP support.

This is kinda strange because the HP Support said thats an Intel / AMD Issue...

Are you using ONLY the drivers from HP?

And, since you did not provide the complete model number of your laptop, download and run this utility, then attach the results: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Then, one of the Intel support engineers will be able to assist you.
