My system i5 6400 8gb intel hd graphics 530 the game crahes a lot when using dx11 i have 45 to 51fps 720 scale 60 the crashes when either loading or when playing it but when using dx12 the game doesn't crashes but i have lower fps 25 to 30 fps so there a way to end game carsh and freezes when using dx 11 which the game profmance well

This BETA driver that should address issues with Fifa17 and Battlefield 1. However, there is a chance this could also improve performance with DirectX 12 based games, such as Hitman*.

the dx 12 works well but the fps goes more very lower than dx11 which crashes and freezes btw i have installed lastest bf1 intel driver could improve the profamance using dx11 which gives more fps and end crashes and freezes

I was doing some research in order to help you with your concern.

For what I was able to see in the image that you have sent, the Bios version that you have it is from your manufacturer, on this case Gigabyte Technology co. ltd.

So, at this moment since the issue persists I would like to kindly recommend you to try at first with the inbox drivers. Try to complete a Windows update and this might help you.

If after the upgrade the issue persist, you will need to contact the support for your manufacturer, this is due that most of the of the manufacturer provide its own drivers to fix some system issues.

You can contact them and request your drivers according to the model of your equipment.

On that website, you will be able to ask for support and also to submit the model of your boards and get the drivers available.

The inbox drivers are the ones that get once that you complete a Windows update.

And you can try to install those drivers from the screenshot. Also as if at the end you are not able to solve the issue, for further assistance, you will need to confirm with your manufacturer the driver compatibility.
