      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Moisha,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;To address your issue correctly, I installed the latest Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant version and got the latest driver version available and installed version correctly. (Picture attached)&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;It is worth mentioning that the Intel® HD Graphics 520 use the same graphics controller and similar driver. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;If possible, please use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Also, I would like to gather basic information to make sure your system supports this technology. Please scan your system using the DxDiag tool. Follow the steps below:&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop). &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;4. There is also a known error message that you can review here:&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005469/graphics-drivers.html"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005469/graphics-drivers.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;-Did you try using other browsers besides the default browser installed in your computer?&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;If possible, you can attach a picture that may shed light on this issue.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Wanner G.</description>
