Can't adjust Display and Color settings in Intel Control Panel

I try to install processor graphic driver (10.18.10.4176)latest

and install it .then I go to control panel and open intel hd grphic control panel

and click on display and I see not display correctly please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can see in the image

windows 8.1 64bit

acer v3-571g;

intell hd 4000;

cpu 3632qm i7;

I install other version and is like this version except (10.18.10.3304) downloaded from acer website

I suggest using the version 10.18.10.3304 since your system may need to use customized drivers from Acer*.

Intel provides generic drivers that may or may not work with some computer models due to customization from the manufacturer.

the latest version in acer web site is10.18.10.3304

but the latest version in intel web site is 10.18.10.4061

So, none of those versions show the aforementioned settings?

Were the settings showing up before? If yes, was new software installed or recent change in your system?

Did you completely uninstall Intel® HD Graphics from Programs and Features before installing again?

yes I uninstalled first

I think, different between version 10.18.10.3304 and 10.18.10.4176 is a file in graphic folder in graphic install directory(see pics)
