My PC is not efficient as before

Hello,

I have emachines e725 laptop. 4-5 years ago, i was using this computer and playing games very well(quake live, silkroad, knight online, haxball). then i gave to my family. I have to use this computer now. but it is not efficient as before. (just games) I have bad fps all games. soldat, quake,cs 1.6, all games come to mind.

-there are no problem in videos. playing 1080p videos stable.

-I setup windows 8.1, windows 7 professional, windows 7 home premium (x86)

-I setup drivers with driver booster, intel driver update utilty and manual.

-I use maxtor maxblast 5 for bad sectors. (low level format)

-I updated bios.

-I scanned with combofix.

-selected high performance in power options.

-I use new thermal paste, and i cleaned the cooler fan. temperatures are good.

-I used winoptimizer.

But it does not fix the problem. please help.

2048 MB RAM

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00 GHz (2CPUs) ~ 2.0 GHz

At this point you have done all the troubleshooting necessary for this issue, I can see that this machine came with Windows 7, I suggest you get in contact with your system manufacturer eMachines® in order to get more updates and to check if your system supports Widows® 8. Please bear in mind that Widows® 8 divers are inbox drive.
