Intel HD Graphics 5500 Computer Crash

I have a Dell XPS 13 2015 it has a Intel Core i7-5600U processor. I have found the source of the problem but unaware of how to fix. The problem is the Graphics driver, it is an Intel HD Graphics 5500 and its completely up to date but any time I enable the driver it crashes my computer. I have tried going back to windows 8.1 and tried install older version of the driver but with no success. I am very confused on what to do and would love any help I could get. Thank you.

I understand that you are having issues with the graphics driver, let me help you with that.

The first step will be discarding a software issue, to do that please manually installs the Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows*, you will find the driver and the instructions in the following link:
