Need Intel Generic driver V 15.45.14.4590 for 4th Gen Intel processors

Hi There,

We are testing an issue resolution where upgrading graphics driver to Intel Generic driver V 15.45.14.4590 is the fix.

However, we have a customer running on Windows 7 64 bit, But the processors they have are 4th Gen. We tried downloading the driver from below link but it failed to install due to compatibility issues.

Please could you help us with equivalent driver for V 15.45.14.4590 on 4th Gen processors.

I understand you would like to install graphics driver version 15.45.14.4590 in your Dell* Latitude E7240 laptop.

What happens is that graphics driver version 15.45.14.4590 has been validated for newer graphics controllers so it is expected it will not install on 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors.

Please try installing that driver, and if issue persists please provide more information about the issue you are having in the computer.
