I just switched from VGA to HDMI on an intel hd graphics 4600 and have ntocied that the picture is degraded and the text is very blurry. i have a sreenshot.

I am looking at it and I noticed the screen looks good.

You could try changing screen resolution, see the link below for instructions:

TThanks for the reply. I did some research and found out it was an overscan issue with the television and I got it fixed. Thanks
