Could you please give it a try and share your results?       <description>&lt;P&gt;with  previous driver .4590 the problem is not solved, the start error has remained. When I used windows 7 with standard drivers was not this problem , after installation  Windows 10 with drivers from Intel there was an error. Complete removal of the driver did not solve the problem in  Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for that information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that you mentioned about the basic driver in Windows 7, is there any chance you can test the basic driver in Windows® 10? You would only have to remove the driver with the steps mentioned above and Windows will reinstall the basic driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if is possible for you to test this suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the exact same issue as the original poster.  I have done all of the same troubleshooting.  I have found the newest driver also gives the same error.  I just found though, that if i rollback to a driver all the way back from March 2016 - 20.19.15.4454 - the program launches without the error, but the program window and game that it launches end up extremely small like the resolution is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would imagine, like me, he launches the program.  This message is generated when the program is launched, and you hit Ok on the Launcher.  I have not done any further testing since I found the year old driver that works fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
