unknown error to updates

Hi, I have got Intel Driver Update Utility version 2.7.2.4

made update and suppose to update my Drive Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset

showed me there is update for it, when i was trying to install it gives me unknown error log files

I noticed that I could not use the 3D feature on Photoshop

that's why I searching for update to fix it up

I did shut down all my security apps in order for smooth download but this doesn't happened

any solution for that issue? I am using windows 10 x64
