Help!!! I am not able find my graphics card version

I am unable to update drivers as I cannot find the graphics verision of my Intel HD graphics.

Even when i use GPU-z it just shows "intel hd graphics"

Can anybody tell me version of my Intel hd graphics

You have Intel HD Graphics on a Sandy Bridge processor, which are not supported on Windows 10, if that is your operating system.

If Windows 10 is not your OS, you can find the drivers in the links above.

If Windows 10 is your OS, you will be using the Microsoft generic driver.

And, if Windows 10 is your OS, it also means your processor is not supported on Windows 10:

So, if Windows 10 is your OS, I recommend getting a new(er) PC that is fully supported on Windows 10.

No, I use Windows 7.

So should I download drivers for Intel HD Graphics 2000 or Intel HD Graphics 3000.

( also I cannot use Intel Driver and support assistant as it gives out an error message)

The Intel DSA has its problems, and is intended for Intel boards.

Provide your complete processor model number and I may be able to help more.
