hd 620 -win 10 hangs with shifted od distorted screen

Hello

I have vostro 3568 i5-7200u with hd 620 only and sometimes APU freezes whole machine. It happends when i scroll website, rotate object in 3d builder and simmilar. Screen goes black for a second and in a moment it is shifted a bit and wrapped. Whole system hangs and only 4 seconds power off works. I use latest dell drivers automaticly updated by windows from 22.12.16. Onece i had blue screen with igfx64 or simmilar dll error.

I have tested ram and it looks ok. Any solution? I can force to install new intel drivers instead of dell but it so weird, that i would like to hear intel experts opinion.

Updated to latest (tried beta also) intel driver from here and no results:

Problem appears usually when I scroll screen. I think I will return device to seller. Huge disappointment ....

I understand you are currently getting graphics artifacts with the new laptop. Let me apologize for this type of

inconvenience.

This problem seems to be hardware issue since you already tested the graphics drivers for this model.

I would recommend connecting an external monitor to see if this problem follows the external device.
