Intel DHC Drivers Control Panel not working in version dch_win64_25.20.100.647. Help needed...

I have installed the current Intel 530 DCH 64 bit graphics drivers dch_win64_25.20.100.6471 and can't open/access the Intel Graphics Control Panel. It appears in the start menu but not when I right click on it or the Task Bar. Version win64_25.20.100.6373 does allow the Control panel. I fully uninstalled the previous drivers as requested before installing the new ones. Any advice Welcome...

My system is a 6th generation Intel i7-6700 HQ 2.60Ghz quad core laptop with 16GB ram, Intel 530 + NVidia GTX 960M graphics running the current Windows 10 Home 64 bit operating system.

You have to separately download the Control Panel applet via the Microsoft App Store.

with new DCH driver 25.20.100.6444 onwards , intel removed intel graphics control panel ap removed from its graphics software , so you must download from microosft store
