What driver can I use to play fallout 4 with a Intel HD400 display card

Bear in mind that the game requirements indicate that is needed 2 GB of video RAM, and the Intel® HD Graphics 4000 can only allocate up to 1.7GB. Thanks, but unfortunately that driver did not work.

Will have to keep the game on ice until I can afford a gaming laptop.
