Hello everyone ,

I've reached to you because I find myself lost looking for the right driver for my Laptop Samsung (NP300E5X-A0KMA). Intel update utility doesn't detect my graphic card. Also tried dxdiag.exe still nothing everywhere I look I only find "Intel HD graphics" nothing about the family the model so I can't know which one is the right one. Samsung has its own software for downloading drivers,"SW Update", But even that driver doesn't tell me which graphic I have and it' doesn't update. So please help me.

Thank you everyone for your time.

DXDIAG.EXE exposes the exact model in DXDIAG.TXT / Display Devices / Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_xxxx

Otherwise you can look it up with http://www.ozone3d.net/redirect.php?id=401 GPU Caps Viewer or http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ GPU-Z

Thank you for you replay. I've used GPU-Z Still shows "Intel HD graphics" when I clicked lookup they said they couldn't identify my graphic card.

Now we know your device ID : 0x0106

Search for "Sandybridge" or "Sandy Bridge" or "2nd generation"

EDIT:

This seems to be the most recent driver for your rig:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8-64-bit
