Intel HD Graphics 4600 - How to downgrade drivers?

Hey, everybody. I've been having a problem over the last two days. I want to install this https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?lang=eng&DwnldID=23714 Intel® Download Center driver as the latest drivers have been causing issues with Minecraft. However, when I run the exe it says Your computer does not meet the requirements to install this software. Which is strange, because I have had the latest driver before. I am searching everywhere on how to install the driver but to no avail.

I was checking the Intel Download center and I couldn't find a previous driver version. There is a newer version 3621 that you may want to try, but I cannot assure you it will solve the problem you are having.
