      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 Intel Graphics 3000 laptop monitor not working correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. if shutdown the computer the laptop monitor work normaly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. if restart the computer black screen in laptop monitor, and i need a VGA cable to send graphics to external monitor every time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's wrong ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LAPTOP : DELL INSPIRON N5050&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GPU INTEL DRIVERS : Latest from Microsoft Update&lt;/P&gt;</description>
