HD Graphics Menu messed up (4400)

Hi,

i have an i5 4210U and am using the lastest Intel drivers (Windows 10 64-Bit). I recently noticed that the controll panel is all messed up. I can't even change some settings. I already tried installing older drivers that previously worked. However I am pretty sure that the menu was shown correctly with this version installed some time ago. I even installed the Asus Driver that came with my notebook.

I also tried disconnecting the second Monitor since it ist full hd and the notebooks native display is not. Still no change though.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? I'd be really grateful if someone knew how to fix it.
