I understand you would like to know if Intel® Quick Sync will work or not on virtual machines.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

The best option would be checking with Microsoft* and WMware* if Intel® Quick Sync will work or not when a virtual machine is being used. We have tested Intel® Quick Sync with operating systems that are installed directly in the hard drive, not as virtual machines.
