I did run the tool when i roll back to Windows 8 and still keep the report, but the report is incorrect because i see it can't pass the Gfx test. The test window only show colors on the first time and then totally black screen, keep freezing and not responding for an hour so i had to close it, then the tool reported "pass" (?).

Hello Khiem,

Thanks for the additional information you sent to me.

If there were some troubles while running the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool then the issue might be hardware related. I would like you to try installing a couple of computer drivers on Windows 8*, but if issue persists the issue might be related to hardware failure.

Please install this driver first, and then restart the computer http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=MPGY4 http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=MPGY4

Please download this graphics driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/24696/a08/win64_152823.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/24696/a08/win64_152823.zip

As soon as the graphics driver has been downloaded on the keyboard press WinLogo key + r, then type in devmgmt.msc, double click on Display Adapters -> Intel HD Graphics -> Driver tab -> Uninstall -> Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device -> OK, restart the computer, and then reinstall the graphics driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY

If issue persists I recommend making sure there is no antivirus or firewall that might be causing this behavior. Just for testing purposes you can temporarily disable antivirus and/or firewall.

Another troubleshooting step you can try is temporarily disabling User Account Control. This link will show you how https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/ https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/

Please try one troubleshooting step at a time. Please make sure you enable antivirus/firewall/user account control later on so your computer can be protected.

Let me know if issue persists or not.

The content on the above site is not controlled by Intel.

I got to technical support speciallists and they confirmed this is a hardware issue. The intergrated GPU on CPU were damaged and not be able to handle graphic gaming anymore, but somehow it's still work fine for normal use, except for gaming.

The true is, this problem did happened to me sometimes, but it still recovered just take a bit rest. Maybe this time it's totally dead.

This is a waste to replace a laptop CPU only for getting another intergrated chipset working. So maybe i have to get a new PC, nothing much i can do now (maybe little hope for it comes back).
