i cant update to latest intel graphics drivers

Hi i recently tried to install the latest intel drivers ( 15.60.2.4901) on my computer . I have i-5 6600k cpu with intel HD 530 graphics which it states it supports those drivers. As soon as i try to install them using the zip and the .exe file i get the message

So any ideas?

Install driver via have disk method as described at:

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

You are using an out-dated Windows version 1511 (build 10586)

This driver requires Anniversary update (build 14393) or newer as stated in Installation_Readme.txt
