Graphics driver will not update

I have windows 8.1 and it says my driver is out of date but when I go to install the new one the old one installs

Installed version = 10.18.14222

latest version = 15.36.21.64.4222

this what intel driver update utility says

Click the Windows icon, and then right-click Computer .

Select Properties .

Find System Type on the Properties window, and then note the processor model.

I see you are currently running the latest video drivers available for your graphics controller

There is no need to run the Intel driver update utility at this stage.
