Why do I not have sleep mode option anymore?

I just reinstalled Windows and installed the latest driver for my video card from Dell, but I still do not have the sleep function available!

I have Intel HD Graphics and my driver is version 10.18.10.3262.

Thank you for your inquiry. But I am afraid that the option to sleep can be disable for several options.

Also which model of Dell system do you have and which Windows Version did you install.

I updated to windows 10 and now sleep is back!
