(URGENT) Help me identify my graphics driver please

Hi there,

I am not sure which graphics driver do I download for my laptop in order to update it... My graphics card/driver that is currently installed in my laptop is a Intel HD Graphics 4400 but when I search for my graphics driver in Intel Graphics driver search (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search%3Fkeyword%3DIntel%25C2%25AE%2BHD%2BGraphics%2B4400 Search downloads) , I do not know which ones to download. I am so confuse and I need help asap as I have spent weeks trying to find out which one to download.

This is my processor information.

P.S. Also intel Driver Update Utility did not work for me so that is why I need to do this manually.

You should be using the driver from Acer.

The Intel driver and support assistant is for Intel boards.

You can get the latest driver here, for Windows 10 64-bit:

Yes, Acer does provide these graphics driver, though they do not update them anymore, so that is why I'm relying on the Intel website.

From the link you provided, which one do I select? Do I select and download this one (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27267/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81497 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40] ) ?

Just read the info on the page. "latest" and "Windows 10 64-bit".

Yes I have read the info but I just need confirmation from an expert. Thus, I am not good at this stuff. All I know is that if you do not instal the correct graphics driver, it could go wrong. So this is why I have made this post...

But, I gave you the link to the exe you need to use.

If you are uncomfortable with this, then you should not do it. Have a friend who is knowledgeable in this are help you with the install, or go to a relieable repair shop.
