    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;B&gt;Ramyth&lt;/B&gt;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                Thank for your inquiry.  First question have you check with Sling TV for support.       <title>Intel HD 4600 Video Playback Issues on TV with HDMI Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my Lenovo Z710 laptop. (Intel HD 4600 - Windows 8.1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am mostly watching TV with Sling application. I am connecting my laptop to Sharp 60hz TV via HDMI cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why, full screen playback randomly stuttering, what I mean by that is  - like a low fps in games.- . The problem goes away after some seconds and repeats... It is a huge problem for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, flash videos on full screen have the same issue. Low fps for 5-6 seconds and goes normal and problem randomly repeats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latest driver update, same problem,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
