There was a windows defender update meanwhile so previous point is still bugged... I really don't know how restore points work (should I have more then one), but when I tried doing that windows only offered one that won't fix bug.

Windows is up to date.

I also tried earlier versions of driver, same problem.

This happens when i try to install it.

And then Driver installation module does this on and on.

I can reinstall windows, but my concern is if the problem is within graphics card?

I have i5-7200u and a Intel HD graphics 620 on 64bit Windows 10.

It was working fine until few days ago, when (i guess) after update display drivers stopped working.

I tried, updating them, reinstalling them (manually, via driver easy) and nothing seems to work.

Plus, driver installation module on Windows is working in a loop trying to install it, and stopping.

Any help, please?

The "graphics card" is actually a part of a "system on a chip (SOC)" together with the CPU.

If it was defect, your computer would not work at all.

Your screenshot names code 18, honestly i never have seen that before.

Here is the advice from Microsoft:

Reinstall the device driver manually

From Start, search for device manager and select Device Manager from the results.

Right-click the device in the list.

Select Uninstall from the menu that appears.

After the device is uninstalled, choose Action on the menu bar.

Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the driver.

source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows
