There is an issue with Skyrim: Special Edition and the integrated Intel HD 520 Graphics. I assume you already have a patch for this or an Unofficial build correct? Here is a detailed list of my PC Specifications gathered by

I will like to share with you that looking the Dell site I found that there is a newer version of graphics drivers for your system, please refer to the following link

Also, bear in mind that the game minimum requirement is advice to have 8 GB RAM you can find that at the following link
