      <title>Problema com Drive de Video Intel.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bom dia,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sou novo no grupo, preciso de uma ajuda Urgente&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tenho um Notebook Dell modelo I14-5447-A30, ao realizar upgrade para o HD SSD Samsung, após nova Instalação do Windows 10 Home Single Language, o notebook apresentou um problema, quando é desligado o Windows, a ventoinha ou ventilador do processador permanece ligado. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Entrei em contato com o Suporte da Microsoft, após analise remota em meu equipamento, o suporte chegou a conclusão que o problema esta no drive de Vídeo da Intel, pois foi tentado a instalação de várias versões do drive, usamos também os drivers disponível no site da Dell, porém o problema permaneceu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solução Paliativa: Agora o notebook esta com o drive "Adaptador de Vídeo Básico da Microsoft", o problema foi sanado (resolvido), porém estou sem opções gráficas, exemplo: não consigo ajustar a luminosidade da tela&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Estou com esse problema a 3 meses e não consegui uma solução.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Att,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bruno Roberto. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
