&lt;P&gt;Laptop? No.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Desktop? Yes, you can purchase an add-in graphics card and use it. There's a 'but', however: For systems this old, you need an old graphics card. You will need to look at what cards NVidia and AMD (ATI) made in that timeframe (say, 2008-2010) and then attempt to purchase one of these cards.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;P.S.&amp;nbsp;My opinion, which you can choose to ignore or not, is to upgrade the entire system.&amp;nbsp;If course, this takes a significant amount of money. Consider, however, that the money you spend now on a graphics card for this old system - which would be next to useless in a modern system - will be money you won't have when it does become time to replace this old system. I call this 'throwing good money for bad'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
