HD4000 Graphics with 3rd Gen Intel Core i7-3770 (8M, 3.4GHz w/HD4000 Graphics

I'm considering purchasing a Dell Optiplex 7010 with 3rd Gen Intel Core i7-3770 (8M, 3.4GHz w/HD4000 Graphics and was wondering how this CPU/GPU would perform for displaying high-definition video? This machine wouldn't be used for playing games only watching video. Most would be 1080p video files I've downloaded but would also watch Netflix and HBOGO as well.
