Hi there,

I am facing same problems like the guys in thread .

I have same issues while trying to connect Sony TV via HDMI and Intel HD620 of my HP BS058NG Notebook. As far as i can see there are no newer Drivers then 22.20.16.4749 as of July 2017 available yet for win 10 64bit Kaby Lake (installed).

It must be something with the graphics Card as i can connect other Laptops with my TV. Like RobMac wrote in the other threat, the connection worked once, and then never again without having done any changes to the Settings. After i tried all i can do, i`m at the end of my latin.

THx for any help!

Dan

Hello Dan_The1,

I understand you are facing some issues with the Intel® Graphics that your laptop has. It will be my pleasure to assist you with your issue.

We can try to perform a manual update for your graphic drivers. In order to achieve so, please download the following .zip file. This will be the graphics version 15.60.01.4877 released on 12/7/2017: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27355/a08/win64_15.60.01.4877.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27355/a08/win64_15.60.01.4877.zip

Then, for you to perform the manual update please follow the instructions of the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html

I can see that the computer you have is manufactured by HP. Please be aware that the driver I am sharing with you is a generic driver from Intel® and some feature of it might not be available for your machine, we always recommend verifying if there is any update with the manufacturer of the computer. Nevertheless, we can try to perform this troubleshooting step.

Please let me know which are the results.

Antony S.

Hi everyone

My first and only one post I hope

Same HDMI problem here

Notebook Samsung 3500EM, windows 10 education, with intel HD620 graphics and TV LG 47LW579S-ZD, smart 3D. This LG TV worked like a charm with Toshiba Satellite L750, windows 7, in all display modes. Allmost one month I am installing and uninstalling graphic drivers. Same laptop is working with Denver 55" UHD TV, but not working with Samsung 46"...

I will attach some screen shots when HDMI connected and when not. Sound is going all time trough HDMI connection, no picture at all. Last screen shot was made with HDMI connected, sisplay set as extended, which is shown on screen shot, but no at TV.

Help, please.
