1024 X 768 Display After Intel Driver Update

I just updated my Intel Graphic Drivers through the Intel DSA, and now my screen is on top left and down is just like a broken TV effect and rest is black. How do i fix it?

Bonjour,

Quelle carte graphique Intel est installée sur votre PC ?

Est-ce la carte graphique Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 ?

Si c'est le cas vous êtes passé à la version 25.20.100.6471 du 10/12/2018 avec Intel(R) Driver et Support Assistant.

Pour revenir à un écran normal, il faudrait que vous remettiez l'ancien pilote avant la mise à jour par IDSA.

Dans mon cas la version de l'ancien pilote est 23.20.16.4973.

Pour cela il suffit d'aller dans le gestionnaire de périphériques et :

1) Sélectionner Cartes Graphiques

2) Sélectionner Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

3) Faire Clic gauche de la souris

4) Sélectionner Propriétés

5) Sélectionner l'onglet Pilote

6) Sélectionner Mettre à jour le pilote

7) Sélectionner Parcourir mon ordinateur à la recherche du logiciel de pilote

😎 Sélectionner Choisir parmi une liste de pilotes disponibles sur mon ordinateur

9) Sélectionner le pilote disponible avant le dernier installé (celui du 10/12/2018).

Dans mon cas, j'ai sélectionné le pilote 23.20.16.4973 du 28/02/2018.

10) Sélectionner Suivant

11) Une notification apparait sur la droite de l'écran et sélectionner Appliquer

12) Arrêter et redémarrer le PC

Avec ces manipulations, j'espère que vous retrouverez un écran normal

En conclusion, la mise à jour du pilote ne doit pas concernée tous les PC équipés de cartes graphiques Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

whats the model of asus laptop .

whats the intel hd graphics model .

01.download certified graphics softwares of your model laptop or desktop motherboard manufacturer website

02.I would recommend you to uninstall both intel and nvidia current graphics drivers with associated softwares completely by using revo uninstaller software, then restart the windows .

03.then reinstall the graphics softwares and again restart the windows.

Il est possible aussi de faire une mise à jour du pilote par Windows Update.

Ce matin j'ai fait une mise à jour par Windows Update et je suis revenu à une version précédente du pilote de carte graphique Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

Merci de dire si les solutions apportées ont résolu votre problème
