    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whose is this error? I guess DP cables lose power during sleep and then fail to return to their original state. What is mocking from consumers: Intel or Microsoft? Shame. Meanwhile, Microsoft created paint_3D but did not remove the bug.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, and you will also see NVIDIA and AMD card exhibiting this same issue. I have a GTX 1060 card that does it regularly. Many (including me) consider this to be a Windows bug. A lot of work has gone into workarounds for this issue; none has worked perfectly (obviously).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
