Intel graghic icon dont shown on 8th

i have same problem to some laptops, i installed or updated intel graphic on my laoptops but when right click on the desktop i cant see intel graghic icon, in other word intel y graphic not shown on 8th.

i download and try to install latest version of intel graphic driver but not shown again.

And it won't. The Intel Graphics Control Panel is not supported once you transition to the DCH drivers. When you installed the latest driver, it should have created an icon in the Start menu for the Intel Graphics Command Center. This application replaces the Intel Graphics Control Panel. Before you ask, I am told that Intel was asked to implement it this way by Microsoft.
