Hello, can anyone assist me, please?

I went to update my drive normally and this "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Obtain the appropriate diver from the computer manufacturer. Installation closed."

Detail system in the attached pdf.

Install both the intel and nvidia drivers that ACER provides on their website.

Provide the version number of the Intel drtiver ACER provides.

Yes, I already entered it. but there is no update for the Intel GRAPHIC drive, it has several drivers, but it does not need to be updated. Thanks..
