    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I think it is not Dell's problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dell Precision Tower 3420 XCTO Base&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7th Gen Intel Core i5-7500 (Quad Core 3.4GHz, 3.8Ghz Turbo, 6MB, w/ HD Graphics 630)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10,  1909&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 DP ports and 1HDMI Port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried different DP and HDMI cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with differents monitors. Different monitors that have been connected to another PC and are working fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Intel hd630 Graphics. Two monitors. One is seen in muted colors.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a dell intel i5 pc with Intel HD Graphics 630 and Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The installed driver is 26.20.100.7870&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two DP ports and an HDMI port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two Dell monitors:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DELL U2312HM 1920x1080&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DELL P2010H at 1600x900&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The U2312HM main monitor looks perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The P2010H is seen in muted colors. This same was connected to another PC and looked perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried another DELL monitor that works correctly on another PC, with different DP, HDMI cables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with the intel software to adjust colors and it still doesn't work well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What problem can there be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the model number of your DELL pc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you contacted DELL for support of their PC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the model number of your processor?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What version of Windows 10?  1909?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different HDMI cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I asked if you had contacted dell for support of their PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dell likely tracks issues affecting their devices.  Others with the same dell device may be experiencing the same issue, and dell might know about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
