      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried installing new drivers multiple times before as the tool told me I needed to, however every time I eventually give up because it always gets stuck on the same thing. Last night I let it update itself and I woke up to still be on the same thing and I have no idea what to do anymore as they have needed to be updated for quite some time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s stuck on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Creating Process: &lt;A&gt;C:\Program&lt;/A&gt; Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Processor Graphics\uninstall\UninstallVulkanRT.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installing Driver: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version: 20.19.15.5063&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A common issue is the DCH driver packages being unable to uninstall the older, non-DCH driver packages. Use a process like this to fix the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;​&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;D​ownload latest driver package.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disable Internet access.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;From &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Apps and Features&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt; app, uninstall​ current driver package.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot, keeping Internet disabled​.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Install latest driver package.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reconnect Internet.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Test.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;​&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...S​&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then, using the search window (where is says &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Product Name or keyword&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;), search for &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Intel Iris Graphics 5100&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;. In the resulting list of packages, choose (click on the blue title for) the &lt;U&gt;topmost entry&lt;/U&gt; that supports your version of Windows (7, 8.1 or 10). In the resulting display, download the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the package, depending upon which you have installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Apps and Features &lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;(or &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Programs and Features&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;, depending upon you version of Windows), applet, you want to uninstall the package labelled &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Intel Graphics Driver&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;. If you are not seeing a package with this name, then what has likely happened is that, somehow, you have a partially uninstalled package sitting there (and this can hang any subsequent attempt to uninstall it). If you are at this point, with the knowledge level that you have, it is going to be difficult to walk you through it, but let's at least try. Following the process I outlined above, substitute the following for Step 3: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Device Manager&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on the entry for &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Display Adapters&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt; to expand the list.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Double-click on the entry for &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Intel Iris Graphics 5100&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the resulting &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Properties &lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;display, select the &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Driver &lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;tab.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on Uninstall.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the resulting &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Confirm Device Uninstall&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt; display, check on the box to select to delete the driver software.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;Ok&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should uninstall the driver.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The 5 intel packages are: Intel(R) Computing Improvement Program&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Intel Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Intel Management Engine Components&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Intel Management Engine Components&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Intel Rapid Storage Technology&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure why there is a duplicate of the engine components. They were both installed on the same day apparently and have the same file size.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Currently re-installing Graphics 5100 as you said and I'll update soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The simplest way to disable the WiFi device is to have the BIOS do so. This not only disables the device, it hides it so that it isn't seen at all (and no software can enable it). Go into BIOS Setup, find the section for motherboard devices and set the WiFi device to Disabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In iDSA, downloads are saved in folder&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA\Downloads. They files are deleted when iDSA completes their installation, regardless of whether the installation succeeded or failed. Bottom line, you want to copy them when iDSA has completed the download and is ready to perform the installation(s).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While I leave iDSA running on all of my test systems (mostly to see what it does), I personally don't rely on it for installations. I manually download the drivers from the Intel Download Center (here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html&lt;/A&gt;) and save them in my archive. Now, I work this way because I have a whole slew of systems and it makes sense to download them once and use across systems as appropriate. Whether this works for you depends upon what you have. If it's only one system, it may not make sense - but, do not, I repeat do not, rely on iDSA to install all driver on a new OS installation. In this case, download and install them manually. Install the driver in this order:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Chipset Device Software package.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Management Engine Software package.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Any SOC packages (Serial I/O (SIO) is the main one to worry about).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;All other driver packages (Intel or otherwise) identified for the motherboard (GFX, LAN, WiFi, etc. and etc.).
