Possible fix for scaling bug

I have a possible solution for the well-known scaling problem.

I've tried a lot and I noticed that in *some* programs you can use the keyboard shortcut to get to the intel scaling menu without the program switching back to the desktop.

if you switch to "centered" and then back to "fullscreen scaling" or "keep aspect ratio" everything is as it should be.

The problem is that some programs/games switch back to the desktop when using the keyboard shortcut and so the problem remains when you open the program again.

So if there was an option to simply switch through the scaling methods without the GUI using the keyboard shortcut - the problem would be solved for many.

Just press the hot key two or three times and you're done!

PLEASE ADD THIS TO THE CURRENT DRIVERS!

(I use version: 15.33.49.5100)
