However, please follow these recommendations to troubleshoot this issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. If possible, try running these applications on a system with a newer Windows* build (e.g. 1809, 1903).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SSmit62,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were not able to test the application using a newer version of Windows*. The problems you are experiencing are most likely being caused by the version running on your environment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The recommended resolution is that you can try testing the applications with latest graphics driver and this would require to update Windows* LTSC to latest version 1809.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, try verifying if the software provider has validated the application (s) with the Intel® Graphics Controllers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have not heard back from you, so we will close this inquiry.
