Intel DSA not working... will instal but launch button does not work

Hello there, I have been having an issue with DSA for quite a while now. The issue is I will instal the latest verson, and it seems to instal fine until the launch button pops up. When I hit the launch button nothing seems to happen, and I cant seem to find the app on my computer. I tried uninstallng with the uninstal tool, rebooting and re installing multiple times with now luck. I even cleaned the registry, cache and temp files with no luck. Any sugestions?

"cleaned the registry", eh? And, just exactly how did you know what to clean without messing up any keys/settings that were necessary/essential?

Whatever the case, use this tool to completely uninstall IDSA:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28598/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t

Then, install the current IDSA from here:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Now, all of this assumes you are running Windows 10 and are, at least, at version 1803, and preferably 1809.

And, if you cannot get IDSA to launch, look in the start menu, under "INTEL".

No luck with that. Im running 1903 beta of windows. I do not think its windows because I have never had an issue with DSA until recently.

I used Jv16 to clean the registry.

Well, 1903 is an unsupported pre-release/beta, so no guarantees,

No registry cleaner is worthwhile, and none should be used. And, you will get better results by changing the air in your tires.
