For Intel® HD Graphics 510 on Intel® Pentium® Processor 4405U, based on the information available on the 6th Generation Intel® Processor Datasheet for U/Y-Platforms, section "2.2.2.1 Hardware Accelerated Video Decode", it supports HEVC 8 bit.
