    <description>leon, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Based on the picture, if you are referring to "End Task" in the "Task Manager" there will be no effect in Windows* 10, the service and some application will stop working at that moment but you can re-open them again.

That file is stored under "System 32", we do not recommend to delete that file since doing that will cause instability and performance problems with the system, some features and functions will not work anymore.
