    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have a very old system from 2008.  Your T4300 processor is not supported and your chipset graphics do not have an update.  You have windows 7 32-bit, which is no longer supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without more information on the application crashes, it will be difficult to diagnose this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to consider upgrading to a new laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
