How to dedicate video memory on Intel HD 530 Graphics?

I've seen lots of videos pertaining on how to increase this VRAM memory through dedicating it but since the BIOS method and Regedit method neither worked. I don't know what to do now. I'm needing it to improve the performance of a certain game.

You cannot dedicate memory. Video memory is dynamically allocated up to half of your physical memory.
