      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, you provided no information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dedicated memory is a function of the bios.  For that, you have to look in the HP bios and find what settings there are.  Typically 32, 64, or 128MB are your options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dedicated video memory is OLD SCHOOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more help, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
