    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just downloaded the current version of Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family, Windows7 user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;followed instructions from&lt;A href="http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-004692.htm"&gt;http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-004692.htm&lt;/A&gt;  this page to turn off vsync, but it doesnt work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as shown in second picture, there is no such option as &lt;B&gt;Asynchronous Flip&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;third picture showed that the there is no &lt;B&gt;&lt;B&gt;Off&lt;/B&gt; &lt;/B&gt;option for vsync&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so if the application doesnt offer the option to turn off vsync does that mean it will always be on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed, Vsync will always be enabled, unless you are running an application that is able to disable it. You'd need to configure that from within the application itself. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
