      <title>Black screen after installing latest Intel Integrated graphics 620</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After trying to install the latest Intel Graphics 620 drivers the screen goes black and I can’t do anything. Once I shut the laptop down (Lenovo Ideapad 330) everything is back to normal but the drivers are not installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, could you please provide the following information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;1-&lt;/B&gt; Is the black screen happening of the built-in display, external display, or both?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;2-&lt;/B&gt; If using external displays, how are you connecting it to the laptop? Are you using adapters, dongles, or docking? Please provide cable details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;3-&lt;/B&gt; Did this configuration work fine before? Is there any recent hardware, software, Windows®, or driver update that may relate to where the issue started?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;4-&lt;/B&gt; When you mentioned "&lt;I&gt;the driver is not installed&lt;/I&gt;" do you mean Windows® is going back to a previous version of the driver? Are you receiving any error message?
