Hallo

Laptop Acer V3-771G 7361161.12TBDCakk

Prozessor I7-3610QM

Folgendes Problem.

Ich habe die Intel HD 4000 Grafikkarte.

Seit dem Update auf Win 10 1903 bleibt der Monitor Schwarz wenn ich den Laptop aufklappe, die Beleuchtung geht..

Ich muss ihn mehrmals auf und zu klappen oder (Wintaste+strg+umschalt+b drücken) bis ein Bild kommt.

der neuste Treiber ist Installiert.

Hat nochjemand das Problem oder hatte es schon jemand und konnte es lösen?

You are running a version of windows 10 that has not yet been released to the public. As an Insider, it is your responsibility and duty to report errors to Microsoft. Microsoft will work with Intel if they need to to resolve such errors.

Additionally, you should use only the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer for your laptop.

An Microsoft habe ich den Fehler auch gemeldet.

Meine Idee war es jetzt das hier vielleicht schon eine Lösung gibt.

There may be a solution here. However, you should use ONLY the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer as they have likely been customized/modified to work with your laptop.

The problem is you have an unreleased version of windows, with drivers that are not intended for your laptop.

Provide your laptop model number, and manufacturer, and your processor model number. Perhaps one of the intel support engineers can help you.

Vom Hersteller gibt es seit 2016 keine Treiber mehr und für Win 10 gab es auch gar keine.

Daher hab ich immer die treiber von Windows oder Intel genommen.

Ging auch immer ohne Probleme.

Aber ich werde die Informationen mal oben mit in meine Frage reinpacken.

That is the case with many laptops, where the manufacturer stops providing driver updates. It is a shame, because it leaves the user with no where to go. If you use the generic Intel driver, you will likely lose funcaionality. If you have dual graphics, you MUST use only the drivers from the manufacturer as the switching between the drivers has code that has been added to the drivers. This code is not available in the generic drivers.

Personally, I would complain loudly to the manufacturer of the laptop, and never purchase their products again.
