Thank you for posting in the Intel Community and for sharing this behavior with Intel® Quick Sync, allow me yo share the QuickSync is no longer working after installing DCH graphics driver (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000035681/graphics-drivers.html) for information and guidance with this issue.
