I have tried to update my video driver with the intel program and other driver programs because my open gl does not leave version 1.1 what can I do? (sorry if my english is really bad i'm using the translator)

What motherboard? What processor? What O/S?

First of all, in case you don't have it (though I rather doubt it, since it was released in 2009), you can download the installation package for the last version of the graphics driver released for your laptop here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18228/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-Windows-7-64-exe-?product=81522.

If this version is not providing the OpenGL version that you need, then there is likely no way that you can get it with hardware and operating system this old. Remember too that Windows 7 becomes unsupported in January of 2020. Time to upgrade.
